class Formtastic::Inputs::PhoneInput

Outputs a simple `<label>` with a HTML5 `<input type=“phone”>` wrapped in the standard `<li>` wrapper. This is the default input choice for attributes with a name matching `/(phone|fax)/`, but can be applied to any text-like input with `:as => :phone`.
