Deletes all literals except the ones in the desired language. Removes all language-tagged literals that DO NOT start with the 'language' string.

Parameters:

model - which should be stripped of unwanted languagetagged literals

language - language which should be kept

Returns:

a Model that contains only literals in the desired language
